Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are free. Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before pickup are billed at 50% of the fare. Cancellations made under 12 hours before pickup are billed at 100% of the fare. If the chauffeur is already on location and the reservation is canceled, the full fare applies. Please contact our office right away in these situations to avoid unnecessary charges or to discuss a possible arrangement.

Yes. Airport-to-Hamptons trips use the same starting fare plus per-mile rate for the confirmed route. Provide the airline and flight number so arrival timing can be coordinated.
