Waiting Time & Additional Stops
If the chauffeur is asked to wait, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free; after that, waiting is $1.50 per minute, billed in 15-minute steps ($22.50 per 15 minutes). Each additional pickup or drop-off stop is billed at a flat $80 per stop. A child seat may be requested for $50.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are free. Cancellations 12–24 hours before pickup are billed at 50%. Cancellations under 12 hours before pickup are billed at 100%.
