What is wedding chauffeur service?

Wedding chauffeur service is a private vehicle and professional chauffeur reserved by the hour for the wedding day. The same chauffeur takes the couple, family or guests between the hotel or residence, ceremony, photo locations and reception, waits during each part of the day, and handles the final ride home.

How much is a wedding car service in NYC?

GeronimoLux wedding service is $95 per hour for the Chevrolet Suburban and $120 per hour for the Cadillac Escalade ESV, each with a 3-hour minimum. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is $180 per hour (3-hour minimum) and the Mercedes-Maybach is $380 per hour (5-hour minimum), subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 24 hours or more before pickup.

Cancellations 12 to 24 hours before pickup are billed at 50%. Under 12 hours, or once the chauffeur is on location, the full fare applies. Contact our office right away if plans change so we can help.

Arrival at the ceremony

Timed arrival at the church, synagogue, city hall, hotel or venue. The chauffeur waits nearby for the ceremony to finish.

How many hours should I book for a wedding?

Count from the first pickup to the final drop-off, then add a little time for traffic and photos. These are typical ranges for New York weddings.

Does the chauffeur wait during the ceremony and reception?

Yes. During a confirmed hourly reservation the chauffeur stays assigned to your vehicle while you are at the ceremony, photos and reception, and waiting time is part of the booked hours.

Which vehicle is best for the bride and groom?

The Cadillac Escalade ESV is a popular wedding choice because it has generous rear space for a full gown. Couples who prefer a classic sedan arrival can request a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or Mercedes-Maybach, subject to availability.

Can you provide transportation for parents, the wedding party and guests?

Yes. Additional vehicles can be reserved for parents, family, the bridal party and VIP guests, subject to availability. Tell us how many vehicles you need when you book.

Can we add photo stops between the ceremony and reception?

Yes. Photo stops such as Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge or DUMBO can be included within your reserved hours when timing and traffic allow.

What if the wedding runs late?

Extra time can usually be added on the day at the same hourly rate, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.

Can you pick up wedding guests from JFK, LaGuardia or Newark?

Do you provide wedding transportation outside Manhattan?

What is the cancellation policy for wedding reservations?
