About GeronimoLux · Ariel Geronimo

I built GeronimoLux from real experience on the road.

I have spent more than seven years working in professional chauffeur transportation. GeronimoLux is the next step in that experience — a service built around attention to detail, preparation, professionalism and treating every customer as an individual.

Quick Answer
Who founded GeronimoLux and why?

I am Ariel Geronimo, founder of GeronimoLux, a Manhattan-based private chauffeur service serving New York City and select destinations throughout the Northeast. After more than seven years working in professional chauffeur transportation, I decided to build my own brand around the things I believe matter most: experienced chauffeurs, clean prepared vehicles, professional communication, discretion, attention to detail and treating every passenger as unique.

Experience 7+ years in chauffeur transportation
Approach Quality over volume
Service Personal & detail-focused
Standards Clean · Professional · Discreet
Goal Earn trust one reservation at a time

I learned this business by doing the work.

Over the years, I have provided professional chauffeur service through and alongside established transportation companies and platforms, including EmpireCLS, Wheely, KLS and other chauffeur transportation providers.

Those experiences gave me thousands of hours behind the wheel and exposed me to different passengers, airports, hotels, corporate schedules, private aviation, special events and long-distance travel.

More importantly, they taught me that great chauffeur service is not only about driving well or having an expensive vehicle. It is about how prepared you are, how you communicate, how you read the passenger, how you protect their privacy, and how much attention you give to the small details.

Experience

More than seven years on the road.

My experience comes from actually performing professional chauffeur work — airport transfers, hourly reservations, executive transportation, events and regional trips.

Learned through real service.
Perspective

Every customer taught me something.

Different passengers have different expectations. Some want conversation. Some want complete quiet. Some need flexibility. Others need precision. Learning those differences shaped how I built GeronimoLux.

The person matters.
Next Step

I believed I could build something better.

I wanted to take what I had learned and create a service with more personal attention, stronger preparation and a warmer, more consistent customer experience.

That became GeronimoLux.

I did not create GeronimoLux because I wanted to be bigger. I created it because I believed I could do the service better.

I am not interested in competing simply by having more vehicles or doing more rides. I want GeronimoLux to grow because people trust the experience, remember how they were treated and feel confident recommending the service to somebody else.

“My goal is to keep learning, keep improving and earn people's trust one reservation at a time.”
I care about preparation.

I want the chauffeur to understand the reservation before the passenger enters the vehicle.

I care about the small details.

Cleanliness, communication, timing, luggage, cabin environment and passenger preferences all matter.

I care about how people are treated.

Every customer is different, and I do not believe premium service should feel cold or automatic.

I care about earning trust.

I want customers to return because the experience gave them confidence, not simply because a luxury vehicle arrived.

I am still building.

GeronimoLux is growing, and I intend to keep learning, improving and raising the standard as it grows.

My Journey

I spent years learning this business before putting my name behind it.

Before creating GeronimoLux, I spent more than seven years gaining experience in professional chauffeur transportation. During that time, I provided service through and alongside established transportation companies and platforms, including EmpireCLS, Wheely, KLS and other chauffeur providers.

I learned from different environments, different standards and many different types of passengers. I learned what works, what passengers appreciate, what creates frustration and what separates an ordinary ride from a service people actually remember.

Eventually, I reached a point where I wanted to take everything I had learned and build something of my own. Not because I thought I knew everything, but because I believed I had the experience, discipline and potential to keep improving.

“GeronimoLux is my opportunity to take what I learned over the years and turn it into the kind of service I believe a customer should receive.”

Professional Experience

Experience gave me more than road knowledge.

Years of chauffeur work exposed me to demanding schedules, different passenger expectations and situations where preparation and judgment matter just as much as driving.

01

Airports

Commercial airport arrivals and departures taught me the importance of flight awareness, timing, luggage and clear pickup communication.

02

Corporate schedules

Executive transportation taught me to respect time, privacy, changing schedules and professional communication.

03

Private & VIP travel

High-touch reservations reinforced the importance of discretion, calm service and knowing when to give a passenger space.

04

Long days on the road

Regional trips, hourly reservations and long schedules taught me patience, preparation, route awareness and consistency.

Professional chauffeur transportation experience
Real Experience

The road taught me what no brochure can teach.

What Experience Changed

I learned to notice the details passengers do not always say out loud.

Over time, you begin to understand that the passenger experience is often shaped by things they never have to request. A clean vehicle. A calm greeting. Knowing the route. Helping with luggage. Giving somebody space when they need it.

Preparation matters.

Good service begins before pickup, not after the passenger enters the vehicle.

Every passenger communicates differently.

Some passengers tell you exactly what they want. Others expect the chauffeur to understand without being asked.

Calm service creates confidence.

A passenger should not feel that they need to manage the driver or worry about every detail.

Consistency earns trust.

One good ride is important. Delivering that same care repeatedly is what builds a brand.

What The Road Taught Me

The best chauffeur service is often made of small things done consistently.

These are some of the principles that stayed with me and became part of the way I want GeronimoLux to operate.

Time

Respect the passenger's schedule.

A chauffeur should understand that a pickup time may be connected to a flight, meeting, reservation or important personal moment.

Awareness

Read the passenger.

Some customers want conversation. Others want silence. Good service means recognizing the difference.

Presentation

Cleanliness changes the experience.

The vehicle should feel prepared when the passenger enters, not like somebody just finished another ride.

Communication

Keep communication useful.

Customers should receive the information they need without unnecessary confusion or excessive messaging.

Privacy

What happens in the vehicle stays professional.

Passenger conversations, schedules and destinations deserve discretion.

Growth

Never stop learning.

I do not believe experience means there is nothing left to improve. I want GeronimoLux to keep learning as the company grows.

Who Represents GeronimoLux

I do not want just any driver representing my name.

When I select a chauffeur to represent GeronimoLux, I look beyond the vehicle. I pay attention to road experience, communication, judgment, professionalism, cleanliness and whether that person understands how to treat a customer.

01

Professional road experience.

I want chauffeurs who are comfortable navigating New York City, airports, highways, regional destinations and demanding schedules.

02

Clear English communication.

Chauffeurs should be able to understand instructions, communicate professionally with passengers, and interact appropriately with assistants, hotels, security and other contacts.

03

Background screening.

Chauffeurs representing GeronimoLux are expected to meet applicable background-screening requirements before being trusted with passenger service.

04

Appropriate insurance and documentation.

Chauffeurs are expected to operate with the commercial insurance, licensing and documentation required for the service performed.

05

Clean vehicle standards.

The passenger area should arrive clean, orderly and prepared before the confirmed reservation begins.

06

Judgment and professionalism.

Driving skill matters, but patience, composure, discretion and good judgment matter too.

One-to-One Guidance

I talk directly with chauffeurs about how I expect customers to be treated.

I do not believe service standards should exist only on a website. I want the chauffeur to understand what GeronimoLux stands for before representing the brand.

How to greet the customer.

Respectfully, professionally and in a way appropriate to the reservation.

How to communicate before pickup.

Clear, useful information without unnecessary pressure, confusion or excessive messaging.

When to talk — and when to give space.

A chauffeur should understand whether the passenger wants conversation, silence, work time or rest.

How to assist naturally.

Luggage help and normal passenger assistance should feel professional, not forced or awkward.

How to protect privacy.

Passenger conversations, schedules, destinations and personal details should remain professional and discreet.

How to adapt.

Families, executives, airport passengers, private aviation clients and event guests may all need a different style of service.

My Standard

I want to trust the chauffeur before asking a customer to trust them.

When somebody reserves GeronimoLux, they are trusting my brand with their time, safety, privacy and travel experience. I take that seriously.

Experience before appearance.

A beautiful vehicle is not enough if the chauffeur lacks road awareness, professionalism or judgment.

Communication before assumptions.

I want chauffeurs who can understand instructions and communicate clearly when something actually matters.

Cleanliness before pickup.

The customer should not enter a vehicle that still feels like somebody else's ride.

Discretion at all times.

Passenger information and conversations are not entertainment or gossip. They should remain private.

Respect for every customer.

The passenger's title, background or reason for traveling should not determine whether they receive professional treatment.

Every Customer Is Different

I do not want customers treated like reservation numbers.

The chauffeur should pay attention to the individual passenger. A good experience changes depending on who is in the vehicle, why they are traveling and what they need from the ride.

Business

Executives

Quiet, discretion, timing and a professional environment may be the priority.

Family

Parents & children

Patience, luggage assistance, child-seat coordination and preparation may matter more.

Airport

Arriving passengers

After a long flight, an easy pickup and calm ride may be all the customer wants.

VIP

Private passengers

Minimal conversation, privacy and low-friction service may be the priority.

What I Expect

The GeronimoLux standard is simple: be prepared, be professional, and pay attention.

I cannot promise that every trip will be identical, because every passenger and itinerary is different. What I can build is a consistent expectation around preparation, cleanliness, communication, discretion and respect.

01

Prepared

Know the reservation details before the passenger enters the vehicle.

02

Professional

Communicate clearly, remain composed and present yourself appropriately.

03

Discreet

Respect the passenger's privacy, conversations and travel details.

04

Attentive

Treat the passenger as an individual, not simply another ride.

What Luxury Means To Me

Luxury is not simply the badge on the vehicle.

A premium vehicle matters, but I believe the real experience comes from how that vehicle is prepared, who is driving it and how the passenger is treated.

Premium chauffeur vehicle
Beyond The Vehicle

The car should support the experience — not replace it.

My Philosophy

The chauffeur, preparation and judgment matter just as much.

Somebody can arrive in an expensive vehicle and still receive an ordinary experience. For me, premium service means the vehicle is clean and prepared, the chauffeur is professional, communication is clear and the passenger feels comfortable.

It also means knowing when to assist, when to communicate and when to simply give somebody a quiet space to travel.

“The vehicle may be what a customer sees first. The service is what I want them to remember.”

Fleet Philosophy

Different reservations require different vehicles.

GeronimoLux works with vehicle categories selected around passenger comfort, luggage needs, group size and the type of reservation being performed.

01

Cadillac Escalade ESV

A spacious luxury SUV option for airport transfers, executive travel, families, regional service and luggage-heavy reservations.

02

Chevrolet Suburban

A practical premium SUV choice for passenger space, luggage and comfortable point-to-point transportation.

03

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Available by quote and availability when a passenger prefers a luxury sedan for executive or private travel.

04

Mercedes-Maybach

Available by quote and availability for reservations requiring a higher-level luxury sedan experience.

Clean Vehicle Standard

The passenger should enter a vehicle that feels ready for them.

Cleanliness is one of the standards I care about most. The passenger area should be orderly, presentable and prepared before a confirmed reservation.

Clean passenger area.

Seats, floors and visible passenger surfaces should be presented appropriately for the reservation.

No leftover passenger experience.

The next customer should not feel as though they are entering somebody else's ride.

Prepared before pickup.

Vehicle readiness should be handled before arriving for the reservation whenever practical.

Professional presentation.

The vehicle should support the level of service the customer reserved.

Passenger comfort matters.

Temperature, cabin environment and reasonable passenger preferences should be considered throughout the ride.

Inside The Vehicle

I want the cabin to feel calm, clean and private.

Sometimes the best chauffeur service is the service that does not interrupt the passenger. The cabin should support work, rest, conversation or quiet depending on what the customer prefers.

Quiet

Silence is always respected.

A passenger should never feel obligated to maintain conversation. A quiet cabin is completely normal.

Privacy

The vehicle is a private space.

Business conversations, personal discussions, destinations and passenger information should be handled discreetly.

Comfort

The ride should adapt to the passenger.

Reasonable preferences around cabin temperature, conversation and comfort can be adjusted whenever possible.

Water

Simple amenities, thoughtfully provided.

Still bottled water is part of the standard setup. Sparkling water may be requested in advance when available.

Charging

Stay connected when needed.

Charging support may be available so passengers can continue working or prepare for what comes next.

Assistance

Help should feel natural.

Standard luggage assistance and reasonable passenger support should be offered professionally.

Five Commitments

These are the standards I want connected to the GeronimoLux name.

They are simple, but they shape nearly every part of how I think about a chauffeur reservation.

01

Preparation

Understand the itinerary, customer requirements and important details before service begins.

02

Cleanliness

Present a passenger environment that feels prepared, orderly and appropriate.

03

Communication

Keep communication clear, useful and professional without unnecessary noise.

04

Discretion

Respect the passenger's privacy, conversations, schedule and personal information.

05

Personal Attention

Remember that every reservation involves a real person with different expectations.

Why I Want Clients To Return

Not because GeronimoLux was simply available — because they trusted the experience.

My goal is to build relationships where a customer feels comfortable contacting GeronimoLux again because the previous reservation was handled with care.

They know what to expect.

Clear communication and preparation reduce unnecessary uncertainty.

They feel respected.

Every passenger should receive professional treatment regardless of the trip.

They remember the details.

Cleanliness, timing, luggage assistance and discretion often matter more than dramatic gestures.

They know there is accountability.

I want customers to know there is a real person behind the GeronimoLux name.

Trust grows over time.

My goal is not one perfect ride. It is building a brand customers feel confident returning to.
