Diverted Before Pickup

If your flight is diverted before your chauffeur arrives at the original airport, there is no extra charge: your chauffeur meets you at the new airport. If the new airport is far outside the NYC area, the ride switches to hourly service.

Diverted After Your Chauffeur Arrives

If your chauffeur is already on location when the flight is diverted, we ask you to approve hourly service at the vehicle's hourly rate (3-hour minimum, tolls included), counted from that moment until drop-off. If you do not approve it, the reservation is cancelled and the full original fare is charged.
