Event chauffeur service in NYC means a private car and chauffeur who take you to the event, wait while you are inside and bring you back.

You don't need one ride there and another ride back. With hourly service, the same chauffeur stays with you for the time you book, 24/7. It works well for concerts, games, weddings, galas and nights with several stops. Rates are $95 per hour for the Chevrolet Suburban and $120 per hour for the Cadillac Escalade ESV, with a 3-hour minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and you pay nothing. Cancel 12 to 24 hours before and you pay 50%. Cancel less than 12 hours before and you pay the full amount.

If the chauffeur is already there when you cancel, the full fare applies. Call our office right away in that case and we will see what we can work out.

Which vehicle should I reserve for an event?

For most events, the Escalade ESV or Suburban is the best pick. They have more room. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Maybach suit guests who want a luxury sedan, subject to availability. See rates in the Event Chauffeur Rates section above.
