GeronimoLux, operated by GeronimoLux Inc. ("GeronimoLux," "we," "us," or "our"), provides private chauffeur transportation services in New York City and select Northeast destinations. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website at geronimolux.com or request our chauffeur services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, phone number, and email address when you request a reservation or contact us
• Pickup and destination addresses, flight information, and itinerary details
• Passenger count, luggage information, and vehicle preferences
• Payment information, processed securely through our third-party payment and booking providers
• Any additional information you choose to share when communicating with us by phone, email, or our booking form

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through standard analytics tools. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

When you use the GeronimoLux app, we also collect your account details (name, email and mobile number). When your chauffeur arrives at your pickup, the app shows you where the car is on a map so you can find it easily. We use the car's location to coordinate your ride and do not share it for any other purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare, confirm, and coordinate chauffeur reservations
• Communicate with you about your reservation, including flight monitoring and pickup coordination
• Process payments and send receipts or invoices
• Respond to inquiries sent through our contact form, phone, or email
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal, insurance, and safety obligations related to commercial transportation

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Chauffeurs assigned to your reservation, to the extent necessary to complete the trip
• Third-party payment processors and booking platforms used to process reservations and payments
• Service providers who support our business operations, such as email and scheduling tools
• Authorities, when required by law, safety obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of passengers, chauffeurs, or the public

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

SMS / Text Messages

If you choose to receive text messages by ticking the optional box when you create your account, we text your mobile number about your rides: booking confirmations, chauffeur details, arrival updates, waiting time approvals and receipts. Texting is optional and not required to book. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain reservation and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, satisfy legal and insurance requirements, and resolve disputes.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion of information we are not otherwise required to retain. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
