These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GeronimoLux website and your reservation of GeronimoLux chauffeur transportation services. By submitting a reservation request, booking a ride, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Reservation requests may be submitted through our website, booking portal, email, or by phone. A reservation request does not guarantee service. GeronimoLux confirms a reservation only after reviewing the itinerary, availability, applicable pricing, and any special requirements, and providing confirmation to the passenger.
Accurate information — including pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, and flight information where applicable — is required to properly prepare each reservation.
Rates for airport, hourly, corporate, event, and long-distance chauffeur service are listed on the relevant service pages and are subject to change. Quoted flat fares apply only to the qualifying vehicle, route, and conditions described on each service page. Additional stops, extended waiting time, unusual routing, oversized luggage, special requests, or destinations outside a qualifying zone may be priced separately and communicated before or at the time of service.
Payment is due as arranged at the time of booking or confirmation, through the payment method or link provided by GeronimoLux. Applicable taxes are included in quoted flat fares unless stated otherwise.
Gratuity is optional and remains entirely at the passenger's discretion. It is never automatically added to a reservation unless separately disclosed and agreed to in advance.
Passengers should notify GeronimoLux as early as possible if a reservation needs to be changed or cancelled. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant itinerary changes made shortly before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, at GeronimoLux's discretion, to account for chauffeur and vehicle scheduling. Any applicable cancellation terms specific to your reservation will be communicated at the time of booking.
For confirmed airport reservations, GeronimoLux reviews available flight information as part of pickup coordination. When a flight is delayed and the chauffeur is already on location, extended waiting time may be billed at the rate disclosed on the relevant airport service page. If a flight is diverted to a different qualifying airport, a repositioning fee may apply as described on that airport's service page.
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs, vehicles, and other passengers with respect. GeronimoLux reserves the right to decline or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe behavior, illegal activity, damage to the vehicle, or conduct that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers. Passengers may be held responsible for the cost of repairing or cleaning a vehicle following damage or excessive soiling caused during a reservation.
GeronimoLux will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested vehicle type. Vehicle availability can be affected by circumstances outside our control, including mechanical issues, traffic conditions, or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, GeronimoLux may substitute a comparable vehicle to fulfill the reservation.
GeronimoLux will use reasonable care in providing chauffeur services but is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, flight delays, road closures, or other events outside GeronimoLux's direct control. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; GeronimoLux is not liable for items left in a vehicle.
The content on the GeronimoLux website is provided for general informational purposes. GeronimoLux makes reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service information accurate and current, but does not guarantee that all content is free of errors at all times.
GeronimoLux may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
